I’m a citizen advocate who got tired of watching Washington add trillions to the debt while families get nothing.
Their “One Big Beautiful Bill” gave us zero paid leave and almost no new homes for veterans.
So I wrote the plan they wouldn’t.
These eleven ready-to-file bills are finished, fully paid for, and can be introduced the day the 119th Congress opens — January 3, 2026.
Together they deliver $210–$285 billion in annual savings and cut the debt by $2.8–$3.4 TRILLION over ten years — all with zero new taxes on any family under $400k/$800k joint.

1. Up to one full year of paid family leave (working families under $100k/$200k get the full 52 weeks immediately)
2. $3,200 fully-refundable childcare credit per child under age 6
3. 750,000 new mixed-income homes — at least 40% reserved for veterans & post-9/11 disabled vets
4. Finish the wall + 10,000 new agents + nationwide E-Verify + merit-based immigration
5. Legalize Canada drug imports + permanent Most-Favored-Nation pricing + ban patent gaming
6. Protect & expand healthcare coverage with $15B reinsurance + no net coverage-loss trigger → $32–$48B annual savings
7. Save Social Security for decades — remove the cap for workers, freeze it forever for millionaires
8. Bigger 401(k) limits for working families; freeze high earners at 2025 levels
9. End government shutdowns permanently with automatic continuing resolutions
10. $110 billion annual permanent cuts to GAO-identified waste & fraud
11. Mandatory CBO certification that the package cuts the deficit $210–$285 billion every single year
